Story

Your Grandfather has died and in his will he passed on the farm under your name. You have 2.5 years to turn the inherited farm into the prosperous place it once was. You must clear the fields, grow plenty of crops, buy many cows and chickens, marry one of the 5 eligible wives, and have a child. Farming isn't as easy as you think it is! You are working all day long, barely ever getting a break. Do a good job and at the end, your Father will stop by and evaluate your progress.

Stamina

You always start off with 100 points of Stamina every day. You will slowly lose stamina from using your tool. Recharge your Stamina by eating food or quick dip at Spa.

Power Berries

After eating a Power Berry, a flower will grow in the flowerbed behind your house. Each Power Berry will increase your stamina by 10 points.

3. After an Earthquake, go to Goddess Pond, chop tree stumps around the pond to find one with hole underneath it and drop down into the hole
4. Catch a fish and throw the fish back in
5. Go to the Mountain and start chop down the tree stumps
6. Smash the Chicken Statue at the Crossroads with Golden Hammer
7. Sometime in the Fall, Hawker will trade a Power Berry for Chicken
8. Bring a Full Moon Plant or a Large Fish at Harvest Festival
9. Win the Egg Festival
10. Plant Snowflower during the Winter at the Mountain Summit (buy the seed from Hawker at Flower Festival)

You can carry two items at a time.

• Axe: Chop tree stump in 6 hits. Use 2 stamina.
• Golden Axe: Chop a tree stump in 1 hit. To obtained throw your Axe into Goddess Pond after earthquake and be honest. Use 8 stamina.
• Hammer: Smash large rock in 6 hits and small rock in 1 hit. Use 2 stamina.
• Golden Hammer: Smash any sized rock in 1 hit. To obtained let the Carpenter borrow your Hammer. Use 4 stamina.
• Hoe: Till 1 square of ground in 1 swing. Use 2 stamina.
• Golden Hoe: Till 6 squares of ground in a row on 1 swing. To obtained give Mushroom to one of Harvest Spirit. Use 8 stamina.
• Sickle: Cut 1 Weed in 1 swipe. Use 2 stamina.
• Golden Sickle: Cut 9 Weeds (3 x 3) in 1 swipe. To obtained go to Broken Tree when hearing a strange sound and tell the Harvest Spirit your Sickle is good. Use 8 stamina.
• Watering Can: Water 1 square at a time and have capacity to water 20 times. To obtained given for free after talking to her for the first time. Use 2 stamina.
• Sprinkler: Water 9 squares (3 x 3) at a time. To obtained buy for 2,000 G on Summer 20th. Use 8 stamina.
• Cow Bell: Used to call Cows. To obtained given for free after buying your very first Cow. Use 1 stamina.
• Brush: Used to brush Cows. To obtained buy at the Tool Shop. Use 1 stamina.
• Milker: Used to milk adult Cows. To obtained buy at the Tool Shop.
• Cow Feed: Used to feed Cows. To obtained buy at the Livestock Store (700 G per 10 meals). To save money, grow Grass and cut it. Use 2 stamina.
• Chicken Feed: Used to feed Chickens. To obtained buy at the Livestock Store (500 G per 10 meals). To save money, grow Grass and cut it. Use 2 stamina.
• Cow Medicine: Used to cure sick Cows. To obtained buy at the Livestock Store for 1,000 G. Use 1 stamina.
• Miracle Potion: Used to impregnant Cow. To obtained but at the Livestock Store for 4,000 G. Use 1 stamina.
• Paint Can: Used to paint your house yellow. To obtained buy at the Tool Shop once you upgraded your house to Super Deluxe Log Cabin (1,500 G).
• Blue Feather: Used to propose bachelorette. To obtained buy from Peddler for 1,000 G once you have a bachelorette have 5 hearts and upgrade your house to Deluxe Log Cabin.

Hawker

He stops by your farm occasionally and give you some unfair deal. But he can sometimes bring you good deal.

• Power Berry: Trade Chicken to the Hawker in 1st Fall, year 1.
• Bell Tree: He sell this on Winter, year 1, for 20,000 G. He claims it was a money tree, but it was just a Bell Tree. It will call in your animals at night.
• Magic Bean: Trade for 1 Cow in Fall, year 2. Plant it at the top Mountain and it will grow into a giant Beanstalk. Climb the Beanstalk to receive a Golden Chicken.
• Seed of Snowflower: He sell it at Flower Festival for 2,000 G. Plant it on Mt. Summit on the first Winter. Water it every day and when the flower bloom, a fairy will come and give you Power Berry.

Married

After marriage don't associate with the other bachelorettes and be home by 06:00 pm every night. If you go to sleep after 05:00 pm, you will lose affection points with your wife. Your wife's likes and dislikes will change after you marry her, all wives will now like Egg.

Second Child requirements

  • On Winter, you will see hunter with a rabbit. You can set the rabbit free by saying you will pay 1,000 G. The Hunter will say that you have a good heart and let the rabbit go free and you didn't lose your money.

  • One day Mayor will come to your house, tells you Maria is missing and asks for help. It may take several days since you need to find her before 05:00 PM and not able to find her on weekend. You’ll find her at Carpenter’s House.

  • One day Ann's father will come to your house and tells you Nina hasn't return from the Mountain. Bring a hammer and an herb when going to Mountain.
• Missing P-chan

  • One day Ellen will come to your house and tells you her pet bird, P-Chan, is missing and asks for help. You will find it near the fishing pond. Before approaching, make sure you already finish all of your chores. After you approached it the event will automatically end the day.

  • One day Carpenter will come to your house and tell you that, Hunter (Eve's grandfather) is trapped in mountain's cave. Bring your hammer and head to Cave. After rescuing him, Eve will come and thanks you.

  • One day Ann will come to your house and tells you her weathercock is missing and asks for help. You will find it in your Chicken Coop. Before picking it up, make sure you already finish all of your chores. After you picking it up the event will automatically end the day.

  • Get this for free if you upgrade your house to Super Deluxe Log Cabin by the end of Summer, year 1
• Give Birth the Easy Way
  • Use Miracle Potion on your Cow and immediately use Medicine Potion. In 3 days, your Cow will give birth instead of 30 days
• How Are You Doing
  • Go to sleep at night wait until the screen going black. At this time, hold R, L, Start, and Select at the SAME time and it will show you what endings you would get at this point in time.
• More Wood
  • Chop the tree stumps near the Carpenter's House, enter the Carpenter's House and leave, the tree stumps will reappear
• Protect Your Fences
  • Put your dog outside at night to protect your fences (unless it snows or rains)

The game always ends after 3 years
