Story

Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life Special Edition is a port of the Gamecube game aWL, for the PlayStation 2 console. The PS2 game has a few enhancements added in:

• You can marry Lumina
• Your character's clothing color changes each season
• There are different colors of horses you can get (the color is random)
• A daughter child is available
• The game doesn't end after the last chapter (similar to AWL)
• Each chapter is 1 year long (40 days)
• Crops, animals, trees, festivals, and so on are all the same as the Gamecube version.

Story

The main character is a young woman from the city who inherits a somewhat run-down farm in Forget-Me-Not-Valley after the death of her father, and tries to make it successful with some help from her father's old friend, Takakura. It is the female version of aWL with updated elements similar to aWL SE.

Story

Your father has recently passed away, and among the people there to pay respects was a man by the name of Takakura. A close friend of your father's, Takakura tells you that he and your father both had the same dream: to find a small farm out in the country somewhere and run it together. They finally found an abandoned farm in a place called Forget-me-not Valley. Since your father has passed on, it is decided that you will take his place. Thus, you and Takakura come to the valley, ready to start a new life. The game spans 30 years, divided into 6 chapters, each chapter being one to three years long. You can raise crops, raise animals, get married, raise a child, interact with the villagers, and much more.

Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town

Story

The latest copy of Friends of Mineral Town allows you to play as a female character, the first girl-version to be translated into English. Besides the main character change, there have been some new features added into the game. You can now sell items directly to Won. You can also earn Farm Judgement points on how well you interact with Mineral Town, and even change the color of your clothing. Also you have a choice of 8 different bachelors you can marry. Some bachelors are easier to court than others, and each has a number of requirements you must met before they'll even consider being married to you. You can also connect MFoMT to Another Wonderful Life. The interaction between the two games can unlock surprises and even new items to buy.

Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town

Story

The game story line is based on Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. The same characters from BtN will appear in the new FoMT game, along with some new characters that will make their way into the game via the Gamecube Link Cable and aWL.

In FoMT you can court each of the 5 girls that are available to marry. You'll find Ann, Mary, Karen, Popuri, and Elli along with your "rivals" Kai, Cliff, Doctor, Rick, and Gray. There is also a bonus girl in Mineral Town for you to marry. If you meet specific requirements you can propose to the Harvest Goddess and request her to be your wife. You can also attend yearly events like the Chicken Sumo festival and Cooking Festival, but there is a new Summer festival which judges your dog's abilities to catch a frisbee disc. Along with the new frisbee game there are mini games you can play with the Harvest Sprites and a ton of new interactive villager events. But Barley's dog, Hanna, cannot get puppies in FoMT.

Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland

Story

In Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland you have to save the entire island. A big amusement park company wants to buy the land from the government and construct a big amusement park, but this would mean everyone has to leave. Throughout this game you must discover a way to stop them. There are nine different ways that you can stop the company from taking control of the island. Discover all nine and you will be loved by the entire island. This game is a little different than normal Harvest Moon games. Your play through the game only lasts for 1 year. Depending on the tasks you accomplished during that time, you can receive one of 9 different endings. This game also does not have a marriage system.
